The location and facilities are nice. A quiet area but not far from the touristic area by car. Beds were comfortable

The place is a bit dusty and the bathroom was mouldy. For the price range, I would expect a better cleanliness.

The way to your designated parking is terrible.

Facing difficulty every time scanning the RAPITA card when entering and leaving the building. Suggestion for the host to guide user (in user manual) on the right spot (the sensor location) to scan the card.

Check-in instructions were clear and can always reach out to them anytime via WhatsApp. They managed to check us in earlier too. Location is a bit out of the way from Georgetown proper, but there is a bus stop across the petrol station that takes you to the main town for about 30mins. Very accessible via Grab as well but due to its location, might need to wait for 5-10mins for it to arrive. There's also Friday night market (which is bigger than that of Georgetown) along the road across the apartment. House was neat and tidy and has everything we need. They have washing machine with dryer as well, which is handy so we don't need to spend for laundry services anymore and can just do it ourselves. They've provided laundry powder too!

The location is somehow far away from the town. If you don't mind the travel to and from old town, then I recommend this accommodation - you won't find a similar one with all the amenities that an apartment has in Georgetown.
