"Not meeting expectations"

We found this place randomly and also stayed here randomly while travelling to Kuala Lumpur. This was really awesome property. Would recomm the place to others as well.

Well not exactly the room itself, but the building had some confusing rules about the swimwear, other than that it was greay

"Very nice decorated and comfy room. The scenery outside the room is superb."

There is a security who will take down all visitors' details, very good and safe. Our parking lot had been taken by other visitor who parked wrong level, luckily with the details, we manage to get the visitor to remove his car.

"Wonderful Seaview Kuantan Studio"

We love the fact that the studio is facing the sea view. Having to wake up to such environment is rather rare when we stay in city life. Apart from that we love the design the owner has done to the unit. It's very artistic and cozy feeling.

What we don't like is that maybe the owner was not aware of the house keeping level of cleanliness. We did send a few photos to the owner regarding the cleanliness that the house keeping over look till mold also spurt out. Perhaps this part the owner once a while need to do a spot check once the house keeping did their job.

1. The pool area needs more decorations & too strict the rules after swimming..and then security at pools is not friendly & fierce.. 2. A/cond room not cold 3. Shower room area water drains clogged
