Parking a bit challenging. The driveway too narrow for a SUV and the exit gate barrier cannot detect the RFID card and you need to get closer to the barrier then it’ll automatically open. Maybe due to the size of car

View is the parking and putting two beds in one room is quite crowded.. we suggest a good bunkbed and a Queen bed is better.
NZWell stocked kitchen, plenty of plates/bowls/mugs/cutlery/utensils. Air conditioner in every room a bonus. Shower hot with good pressure. Plenty of beds. Excellent location in Miri Times Square, walking distance to town if you chose.
Damp, musty smell, and mould on the ceiling of one bedroom. Little brown ants constantly EVERYWHERE - the floor, benchtops, beds, tables. View of the parking garage with strip lights on all night, lit up the bedrooms like daytime. Bedding needs replaced with duvets that actually fill the duvet covers, and are large enough for the beds. Had to supply our own soap for the bathroom.
