There’s no a single positive thing about the accommodation. 1, parking (located at tower H) far from the house (Tower J) & we ended up carrying our bags from 1 block to another block. 2, poor instruction on how to get to the parking lot. 3, house is terribly smelly due to poor ventilation. 4, overall the house is untidy. The toilet is especially dirty. 5, there are left over drinks in the fridge. 6, the host doesn’t taking care of the amenities (body wash & detergents are not filled, etc) . 7, very low water pressure (totally spoiling our stay). 8, the house was advertised for 4 person but the host provided a very thin & smelly mattress. Only 2 worn out towels were provided. 9, aircond in the bedroom is not working & the room is not well ventilated. 10, I was so unhappy with the house conditions after checking in & decided to immediately text the host to express my frustration but the response that I’ve got was “Thanks for your feedback, sorry for the inconveniences, we will improve our services for the guest satisfaction. Thanks”. What makes me even more angry is that he took no prompt action to fix the complaints. I made the booking based on excellent reviews (9.2 out of 10) but the real condition is really upsetting to a point that I suspect those positive reviews came from friends/relatives of the host. Please refrain from booking this accommodation at all cost!

Allowed for early check-ins and the host's directions and assistance in getting the key were clear. Free fast wifi.

The house is being advertised as for 4 people and it was our requirements. It hardly caters to 3 people. The AC in the bedroom was not working and after ignoring my complaints 3 4 times, I had to live with it. This property should not be advertised for 4 adults.

Everything is fine! Everything is provided, check-in was easy. There were good wi-fi, simple cooking utensils, comfortable sofa bed, you name it! It was also close to PICC, maybe just about 10-15 minutes drive? Good place to stay if you have any occassion at PICC! Oh the view from balcony was nice too!

Maybe just the location. There is no groceries or restaurants nearby. There are, but you need to walk for maybe 15 minutes? But if you really need to get something without walking too far, there is a mini store at Level 5! Everything is there!

Shower pressure to slow..have to upgrade the water heater

The best homestay i ever had.. very clean.. so easy for visitor parking.. homestay has neflix.. kitchen and balcony.. sofa bed is so nice
