Iskandar Residences 3 Bedroom

The unit is very clean and the view from the balcony is very nice. They have laundry service and convenienve mart downstairs make our trip went smooth. Very near to Legoland and very easy to get Grab as we went to JB by flight. Overall,very recommended especially for family trip. The owner is super duper kind as they really help a lot when i accidentally left my thing there ❤️❤️❤️

It’s clean , spacious , the pool on the first floor with the surrounded gardens is beautiful , the sky pool was nice and private with beautiful view

Home is neat, cozy & comfortable with minimal decorations. View is amazing. My family is so satisfied & happy🤗🤗 . The hosts were very responsive to our queries & accommodate to our request - - that made us feel good. The check-in & out plus registration at the guard room was also easy. Thank you for making our stay a happy one👍👍

It's not actually a dislike but more of lack of information & instructions. Or maybe we didn't understand the PDF instructions 🤔🤔. Hopefully what I indicated below, the hosts will take note & improved for the better & also for future 1st-time customers. Since we were 1st time at the residence, we encountered 2 instances that we didn't know/understand : 1) in the lift up to the unit. We didn't know that we had to tapped the card before pressing the button. Luckily there was a worker who told us to tapped our card. 2) to enter the unit, the auto lock's instruction lacked a little symbol after the numbers, thus we had to call the host. Despite all that we were very happy with the stay.

I liked the space in the venue so we could take a friend with. It is great to have a place that accomodates more than 4 people. The television did work and was nice to have.

I was not too sure of the location where to fetch keys but the host and guards were quick to assist.
