When we checked in we found out that the main door could not be locked from inside. Called the reception which was not at the apartment. He gave a person by the name Mr.Yeoh. Within half an hour Mr. Yeoh came and repair the lock and replaced a light bulb in the bathroom. Very nice and helpful person.

The carpark route instruction gave us headache to understand the way in and way out. I saw that most of the drivers having similar problem

No breakfast included. The location is ideal for us.

Key collection process could have been smoother for someone arriving with large luggage, but we managed it well in the end

Good: Just 5 mins to Mahkota Parade shopping & other malls. Apartment is spartan, floors, rooms are clean (but not the toilets) Aircon, hot water works.

Horrible: Electric kettle went kaput after 1 use, we had to swap for another at the check in office, kitchen stank with repulsive smell. Fridge was horribly like a derelict (see untouched picture). Inside is dirty and ready to contaminate any stuff you put in. Even the dish cleaning sponge and table cloths are only fit for the trash bin. No basic toiletries for bathing were provided. The bidet spray is not properly installed, just put together (see photo). The TV shown on the booking site looked big and decent. But in reality it was only a small TC/PC monitor. Dangerously of all is the broken A/C switch in room 2 (see picture) exposing the live wires. Nobody bothered to set the above right before renting out. Someone did come after our feedback, but just put in an air freshener for the kitchen, that's all. Overall the pictures do not properly represent the actual. Quite clear the owner gave less than bare minimum so make more money - no care for comfort of us who is paying. Irrespective we paid an advertised fee but get worse than promised. I would not book this anymore and won't recommend anyone to do so.

very cozy. there are 3 room with aircond. the room very clean, the hall not have much furniture so kids can run and play.
