Interesting duplex setup.

I booked the smaller unit. Checked in late and was disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Lots of wear and tear, ceiling fan and ceiling light is not working, downstairs water heater is not working with very low water pressure. Upstairs shower water pressure works well, unfortunately drainage is very bad. The room has no window. Aircond in the room downstair is not cold, definitely need servicing. I was quite stressed with this unit. Fortunately, the property management staff is very helpful and managed to switch my booking to another apartment the next day which is so much better. I have stayed in other apartments in Penang during holiday, the condition and facilities are much better with the same price as this unit. Suggest the owner invest in fixing this unit if want to continue renting out with the market price.
