MY• Insect Infestation: The ceilings and walls were covered with Household casebearer insects (ulat kelongsong/kamitetep), which are harmful and made the environment unsafe for my young children. • Poor Maintenance: Many walls had peeling paint, giving the impression that the property has been neglected for a long time. • Unhygienic Conditions: There were stains on the couches and kitchen napkins, indicating a lack of cleanliness. • Faulty Toilet Door: One of the toilet doors couldn’t be closed properly from the outside, causing it to open on its own. • Rusty Front Door Locks: The front door locks were rusty and difficult to operate, raising serious concerns about security. • Poor Lighting: The living room had no lamp, making the space dim and poorly lit. I have many photos as evidence. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we checked out around 8:30 pm and did not spend a night there. I attempted to contact the property through Booking.com and WhatsApp but received no response. I feel scammed and have lost confidence in Booking.com due to this experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
