We saw a rat running around the studio. Toilet / bathroom still has water / soap stain.

The location is in the heart of Kota Bharu city which makes it easy to walk arounf

The parking was sempit and surface covered with dirt. Cannot access basement parking direct from lift. The room was not brilliant. The floor felt sticky and moldy bathroom.
