The experience was disappointing due to multiple issues. The property was inaccurately advertised as having 4 bedrooms, while only 3 small and uncomfortable rooms were available. Basic hospitality standards were not met — towels were not provided, and several essential items such as the rice cooker, stove, sink, and ironing board were either faulty or unusable. Most concerning was being wrongly accused and asked to compensate for a damaged sofa that was already torn upon check-in, along with a warning of further action. This situation was only resolved after clarification, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, the property requires urgent improvement in maintenance, transparency, and guest management.
