I like there's an air fryer, so can heat up our food daily, make life easier. 1st home stay I stayed with air fryer, which is a bonus, prefer air fryer than normal microwave, as it can make our chicken wings, and bread crunchy & tasty. With all the utensils ready, with knife & scissors, can cut fruits. Their clothes drying rack is big enough to hang our clothes after swim, it's clean as well. They provide extra mattress, pillow, blanket and one bolster for each room. Night light next to the bed, easy to access. Big mirror and living room. This homestay same price with the Sxx hotel, I chose homestay instead. I'm glad made the correct choice, with washing machine, I wash clothes daily for my 4D3N trip, so don't need to have lots of laundry when return back home. Hotel unable to cook or heat up food, smaller space, with small fridge, without washing machine, don't need to handwash swimsuits. Next to SKS mall, and many restaurants next to it, previously I stayed in hotel, quite far from SKS mall and hotel lift is quite old, not functioning, we got stuck inside. Will come back to this homestay again.

Will be the best if there's a water purifier, don't need to bring heavy mineral water, but there provide kettle and cup, so is quite convenient. Livingroom no aircon but there's a ceiling fan. Can open window, if feeling stuffy, or stay inside the bedroom. Both rooms do have aircons and water heater, one hair dryer, one iron and ironing board. The blanket and pillow are comfortable, come with a bolster which is a bonus, the mattress can have some improvement. Can provide toilet rolls, we brought our own to standby in case don't have, after shower we will pick our hair, so with toilet rolls make life easier. They do provide one pack of Serviettes at dining table, do have shampoo and shower gel. Can have a small study desk with chair inside the room, if we want to do some homework or office work more convenience, don't need to go to dining table. The floor is quite low level 2 and market view, no pool or scenery view. The carpark is outdoor mezzanine and quite far from the block, if there's a rain you will surely get wet and sunny day, the car will be quite hot. So need to unload your luggage 1st, outside the block, else need to carry and push your luggage. The owner is friendly and prompt to respond, the place is clean, will go back again, my son loves it. Required to pay RM100 deposit, paid via touch & go, will return to you after check out, to ensure there's no damage to the property. Those don't have touch & go, can download it.

The house has simple design and layout.. adequate with furnitures. Simple condo. Owner is very friendly.. Very easy and smooth check in/ check out as instructions were clear. A peaceful area with lots of amenities and shops nearby. We love the fact the mini mall is just beside the apartment which we went frequently. There's also rows of pasar malam booths ard the area. It's 10mins drive to desaru beach and easy to find food/seafood around the area.
