Great view of the KK surrounds and sea, convenient location (near to Suria sabah mall), spacious double apartment, kitchenette was well stocked and furniture was of good quality.

Cleanliness could have been better (constant damp smell in both bathrooms, dirty in high cupboards and upon shelf next to front door) plus not everything worked (broken chest of drawers in bedroom, kitchenette water cooler/heater displayed an error code from arrival and was leaking).

Beautiful apartment with 5 star views! Tastefully furnished, beds are very comfortable with quality linen. Good air conditioning, free wifi. Water filter in kitchenette is a big bonus. Very clean throughout. Host is friendly, fast to respond. Short walk to Jesselton Point for the ferries to the islands.

No hanging wardrobe space. No free parking, daily charge of myr15+. Carpark can get quite full. Long wait for lifts at times due to heavy traffic. Swimming pool is full of noisy holidaymakers, pool didn’t look clean, we gave it a miss.

Petronella Suites is one of the best if not the BEST apartment we have stayed in JQ Residence thus far. Highly recommended. It gets busy with holiday makers so need patience with the lifts, facilities deck and finding good parking space for the car. Otherwise no regrets. Will come again.

The apartment is located super close to the harbour where it’s quite convenient to catch the ferry out for day trips on islands. From the apartment, it is also within walking distance to reach the city center, like Gaya Street. The apartment is also well equipped with all we need. The best is the view of the apartment facing directly to the sea. We can see almost 180 degrees sea view and also great for sunset seeing since it is mainly facing to the west. The best location for a 4-person group to stay!
