MYDear I would like to raise a concern regarding our recent stay. The bathroom was extremely smelly and dirty, making it very uncomfortable to use. The room was booked for 6 people, but there were only 2 beds provided, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the mattress given was small, uncovered, dusty, and also had a bad smell. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations and did not match the standards promised. Kindly look into this matter seriously and ensure better arrangements or compensation. Thank you. Imran
