-Great Host who is very responsive to question/concern -Convenient with Water Filter/Dispenser (cold and hot drinking water) -Easy access to Setia Alam Mall -Complimentary Housekeeping in middle of the long stay

-Intermittent WIFI connectivity on few days of the stay -Water heater in shower could be loud during its operation -Easy to collect or return key, but can be difficult to see the number on the padlock clearly with poor lighting. -May be more helpful if key card or the reader is more sensitive. Sometimes it takes few scan to open the barrier/door.
