MY1. Location - great if you have something in Setia Alam area. Very near the convention centre, NIH and Setia City Mall. Convenience store and coin laundry at the lobby. 2. Host/ staff - communicative and friendly. Check-in/out - good instructions on check in. Allowed me to check out at 1 pm instead of noon. 3. Cleanliness- tidy and clean room and bathroom.
1. Lifts- The building has lifts but some were under maintenance when I was there. 2. Smell- The room has a bit of an odd smell when I first went in (like cooking oil or caramel) but it wasn't overwhelming. 3. Facilities- Bathroom grouting and walls have some signs of wear and tear, but all still usable. 4. Facilities - there is a washing machine and hot/cold water filter in the room. Also a smart TV and OK WiFi.
