the view
advertisement are rm185 only, buat i have to pay another RM60 for parking & rm185 for helper to clean the apartment, total are RM420 and have to pay deposit rm200

Good for group activities, school etc
Lack of transparency in pricing, hidden fee almost double the price as advertised. People are required to be extra careful when booking. Not to trust the price as advertised. Require deposit which requires transaction outside booking.com. So no guarantee will get the deposit back.

"Good and Bad stay at budget apartment"

Clean and location nearby with other facilities such as petrol pam, convenient store, stall and others.
The heather is not good condition and another one unit is out of use. Totally bad because we can't have hot water during taking a shower.
