The location, near by have construction which so noise and kind dust.
MYWe stayed at T1-L1-12 which was very close to designated parking. We didn't even need to use lift from parking to the apartment at level 1. Direction from the host Chris vide whatsapp to check in / check out was clear and well thought. The unit was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Got heated swimming pool at level G separately from adult and kiddie pools. The location is nearby to restaurants and business centre, very convenient.
Netflix was available but connection was slow. Bathroom has no exhaust fan but luckily no bad smells. Just open the window.
