- the location is strategic. About 10 minutes to kelebang, 20 minutes to jonker walk etc - the instruction given by the host very clear n easy to understand - the host is friendly - no deposit at all but must follow all the rules stated - the property is spacious - wifi and netflix the best - lift is not congested - swimming pool is big and clean - ample parking space as visitor can park from level 4 till 6 - price is quite affordable

- the property quite dusty. The sofa, the beds, floor. Looks like the cleaner only vacuum the house not mop it. I donno. The host need to improve this issue because it will cause harm to kids ( cough) and ashtmatic people - no water filter. U need to Bring ur own drinking water . Unless u want to use the keetle for boiling water - the towels given are all NON water absorbent. N dusty. I can see some dust and hair ( not mine) on my face my body. Hmmmm. I feel not comfortable using it eventho the towel smells nice. Compare to apartment i stayed in Ipoh, their towels like hotel towel. The host can take into consideration to change the new towels as i also read some comment from other people about this towel issue - the route to swimming pool is quite far and please dont misslook at the lift when u wanna go back to ur room because u might go to another block - eventho the swimming pool look clean and still new i think, the water theme park kinda boring because the water pressure not consistently coming out - host please consider to atleast add 1 more dustbin eventho the host provide plenty of garbage bag - in the bathroom only has body wash - for the water heater in bathroom, u must wait a bit after u swittch on. Takes time for the water to turn into Hot mode
