-Quick response from accommodation provider -Stable wifi -Variety of tv programmes, dramas, movies and music -Nice city view and good location, nearby has many restaurants and stores -Many clothes hangers were provided -Air conditioners were cold enough -Comfortable beds -Slippers available

-Check out time quite early at 11am, normally 12pm for other accommodations -4 lifts only, longer waiting time for lifts during peak -No toothbrush kits provided -Sofa too soft -Water filter instead of water dispenser provided

House is very neat and clean with simple yet nice deco. All facilities mentioned are provided. Love the city and half seaview from the balcony. The host is very professional and alert. Wish to come again. Thanks.

The highlights are maybe just for the host/owner to improve on. One of the queen beds mattress is not so comfortable anymore. Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Provide more comfortable(absorption) towels.
