Environment is good. House is clean & near to place for dinner

Parking lot provides. Easy check in. Can fit 10 person. Ideal location, walking distance to eatery. Kitchen came with basic necessity such as Utensils, microwave, plate, glass, etc. and best of all, water dispensary that provide u limited potable water. Price is absolutely worth it! This is my 2nd trip with the same apartment, I completely satisfied.

Toilet floor paint peel off and tv remote control is broken but operational.

The toilet is not bad but there is mold in between the tiles and on the toilet door..the maintenance of the toilet needs to be improved.

The property is clean and very conveniently located. Security is good too. It is also very spacious and can accommodate big family. Very value for money.

The furnishings and decor look a little worn.

The building is less than 5 mins walk away from Ipoh city centre. Ample eateries and shops to buy Ipoh famous food such as salted bake chicken, bean curd, biscuits, tauge chicken etc.

Other than the master bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms were abit small. Not able to put 2 large suitcases.
