Daichi Place Megatower Residences

The unit is clean and spacious. The owner is also accommodating and very responsive. For the building itself, its location is very strategic.

The water from the shower is not consistent. But it is not an issue (super minor).

Location was great - very close to city center and SM Mall. There is a convenient store right below the building. Security was also good. The room is equipped with all kitchen utensils.

Facilities and cleanliness. We went during the rainy season, and the room was very moist - we found it a bit difficult to breathe. The fans provided were really helpful in improving airflow, but you could still feel the dampness and sticky flooring. It would be helpful if slippers are provided. The room had beds for 5 people but only one blanket. One of the dining chairs was broken and I fell with it - lucky no major injury. The room owner promptly acknowledged the issue and attentive.

Improve the scent of the unit.

Worst accommodation ever!!! I would suggest booking.com will review and hopefully take down the add for this property. The property is poorly maintained. Bad smell, moldy and damp smell, and host is a rip off. I won't recommend this place.
