Location was prime. You can grab a taxi from the front with no issues. Perfect size for party of 4, but can accommodate even more.

I knew the unit did not have A/c, but that would have made the experience better. Baguio is cool enough, so we were ok.

Not really something I dislike because I'm a morning person, but for those who would like to sleep in, you will be woken up by the church bells and morning prayers 😅 It's close to Baguio cathedral.

We did not opt for breakfast inclusion. The location is good, so near the center e.g. the Cathedral, SM, and other commercial establishments.

I think it is more convenient if the place has a standby emergency lamps in case of brownout especially if it takes awhile before the generator of the building operates. Also, I strongly suggest that electric fans (wall fans) would be installed in each rooms. Much better if a screen door could be installed in the access door to the terrace so mosquitoes and other insects could not enter the room when it is opened. It needs to be opened for fresh air and ventilation since no aircon is available and the cold temperature is not felt all the times. If also possible to have a hot and cold water dispenser with drinking water. No toiletries provision while indicated among the amenities. There was a leak of squid ink-like fluid under the kitchen sink cabinet. Needs to sanitize the place to control crawling insects like baby cockroaches (quite many).

Great location. The bedroom were big.

The location is very accessible to session road. Walking distance to SM baguio. There’s also convenience store at the ground floor where you can buy your needs
