Location

Access card didn't function. Perhaps, owner didn't pay maintenance fee. Staff and owner did not comm with each other on changes made at booking.com.

"It was okay for a short stay."

The location and free parking at the apartment. Communication via whatsapp not via app. Self-check in with good instruction over whatsapp text. Need to pay deposit RM 100.

As we entered, the unit smelled terribly, despite being cleaned; perhaps it was not aired / ventilated for a long time. The unit has two toilets but only 1 has shower. For person who is unable to walk up the stairs, will have to use the toilet bidet to shower instead. Parking was not well-lit and not wheelchair friendly (has step that do not have slope for wheelchair access). Refund of the deposit took more than 24hrs after check out.
