The policy on hanging clothes at the terrace which is a big NO, it is just proper that as guests we follow strictly the rules since its indeed very improper to hang something at the terrace.

I like the environment of the hotel but the aircon in the room is not that cold , it's hot inside

The staff especially at the front desk, she's not hospitable and has bad attitudes , she doesn't know how to talk politely with the guest even me she's talking to me rude.
