Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A signed Guest Endorsement Form and Condominium Guest Authorization To Use Form are needed before check-in. We would like to inform our guests that there is an ongoing construction in the premises due to the expansion of the property. Construction noise can be heard and dusts may be present at the balcony.
