"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

The location was by far the best giveaway about the condo, but everything else left a lot to be desired.

First, the caretaker made no attempt to introduce me to the amenities nor did she make an attempt to even show me how the hot water heater would work. All she did was inquire about the 1000 deposit as soon as I stepped into the condo. No receipt was provided, I had to make my own receipt to assure the deposit was returned. Second of all, she pretty much harassed me for a spoon she thought was missing upon checkout , which is by far the worst experience I’ve received in any condo. The spoon was there together with all their cooking essentials, but she made an intense search to find her one spoon. This would be perfectly fine if I did not have a hotel to check in at 12PM, she still did not mind instead choosing to say it was essential to find her one spoon. The front stove top was crusty even after the caretaker took 3 hours cleaning the condo. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT AN EASY CHECK IN/CHECK OUT. The 3 PM check in is essentially just for them to profit the most out of the condo, the bed and bathroom look outdated which is pretty an inexpensive condo all around. DON’T LET THE JAZZ MALL FOOL YOU, this in an outdated condo with very basic amenities. Finally , she did not even inform me wether we had pool access or not. I never accessed the pool in fear that I’d be negated access to the pool in the first place. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
