Frontdesk clerk is very bad he is very sarcastic not friendly at all. Weve waited for a long time for the key to arrived. That frontdesk clerk doesn't know how to handle guest. Too bad for us were very unlucky staying in this hotel.

The smell of the room, the restroom is not clean, no complimentary water.
