The only reason I give this property 3 out of 10 is its cleanliness. It’s comparatively clean and the furniture is relatively new but very basic and missing a lot of essentials as discussed next.

I apologize for the long review but I want it to be as comprehensive and objective as possible. The first issue with this apartment is credibility. What you will see is very very different from the photos. I think owner is aware of this and hence the booking is nonrefundable. As an example, the sofa in the photos seems very comfy. In reality you will have wooden sofa and chairs that are far from comfy (see attached photo). I complained about this and they promised me to resolve it but guess what? They never did. I had to stay on the floor to watch their only-ads TV. The unit also lacks basic kitchenware. They have butane stove but it is not working. they told me gas stoves are not allowed for homestays. The unit has an induction stove but it will only work with stainless-steel pots. The unit’s pot is very small and my only option was to buy a larger one. The ironing board is dirty and burnt. The TV has no remote control and you can only control it through Astra RC which has an expired subscription. The curtains are very transparent (don’t be misled by the photos) so in the master bedroom you can even see other buildings’ lights from the bed. The bed is a cheap IKEA bed with no bed-tables. I had to move one of the dinning chairs next to the bed so I can put my phone and alarm clock. The bed is also noisy when you move in or out. The vacuum cleaner plug is damaged. The unit has a washing machine but no dryer and nothing to hang your wet clothes on. I had to use the towel hangers for that. The balcony has neither tables nor chairs. The last thing I’d like to mention is the weird tendency of building management to get u pay fines and penalties. Wrong clothes in the pool you will be fined. Incorrect registration you will be fined. Vaping anywhere even in the balcony you will be fined. Inside the unit there is a cupboard in the kitchen: do not open it or use what is inside it or you’ll get fined. Add to that the rudeness of security officers in the building.

House was clean and comfortable, the toilet also clean & fresh. There was a bit stains on bedsheets & bath mats bfore we check in, but the staff very friendly & their notices.

Towel smells so badly, i don’t know if the detergent their use smell bad or cheap one. Please bring you own towels! I swear it was smelly af ☹️

Property quiet & calm. If you come with own car easy access for find foods at small stall. Got two parking bay for 1 unit. Good.

Far from convenience store and must have a car. At least open 99Speedmart at the same lobby floor. While I want to take the property keys, me unlucky because of my QR code didn't appear so that having a problem regarding this. Waiting for One hour plus to settle down. Need to ask the guard to help. Also other non-resident having a same problem. From the parking bay for my unit I need to go through staircase first then can access the lift. If some of you bring luggage & stroller might be difficult to you to bring all the things before access the property lift.

Overall is very good.

The only thing TV is very complicated to connect. During the stay we could not watch the TV.

host didn’t tell the rules earlier. Host must tell the rules once they invited me to their chatting group. But they don’t. They tell the rules when i already in front of the apartment.
