The staff quickly handle the problem (problem 1 only)

I had a few problems 1. The car accesss card is expired but was solved immediately by the staff in charge 2. The toilet smell bad 3. Booking for 4 people but the plate, spoon and etc is only 2 4. The kitchen equipment is not cleaned properly. it's still greasy 5. They didn't provide dish soap. Then why charging a high cleaning fee if cannot maintain the hygiene 5. The tv, fan & iron cannot be use It was a very disappointing experience. Luckily, it was only for 1 night

Only the view

The property was not clean. The pictures on the website were misleading. Charged us for cleaning but the place is not clean. The TV was not working and the pillows were dirty as well. The room also had weird smell.
