Not much compare to others homestay.
1. Expensive then block A we used to stay. 2. 2 aircond : 1 at living room and 1 at masterbed room are not cool and fan at livingroom to slow. 3. Public toilet not clean. 4. Host not friendly call many never responded. 5. Parking limited only for 1 lot parking compared to block A we used to stayed before and price is much more cheaper then this unit.

no filtered water diff to get drinking water netflix is available but always need to update n the update can only be done by the owner and the owner is not all the time responding in the end we had to use our own account
