Saekyung Condominium

Cooking equipment was complete. The ocean view at night is so niiice! Fridge is big. Wifi is good. Towels are provided. There were plates also.

I just couldn't figure out how to login to their netflix even though they gave us the password. But, overall, everything was good.

Clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and well equipped. There was a 7 eleven adjoining the property and some small resto nearby.

We chose this property for the pool. The pool was closed for renovation. It had been closed for 3 weeks before our visit and had no completion date. The bed only had 2 very flat pillows, perhaps a couple new fresh ones or 2 additional pillows would be a great improvement.

I’m really enjoying my stay here! The view from the unit is absolutely stunning. They’ve thoughtfully provided two towels, and I love that the place is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you might need. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are just perfect—definitely adding to the overall relaxation.

Considering the price, while there’s nothing I really dislike about the property, I did suggest to the owner that they check the AC and fridge, as they were making some noise during my stay. She was very kind and mentioned that they would have them checked. Because of that, I ended up not using them. It would have been a nice touch if they provided a bottle of water or even a coffee sachet too after check-in.

Shower curtain needs to be replaced, pillows are terribly uncomfortable

the automatic key is not consumer friendly , but never the less everything is perfect

The owner was kind & considerate enough to allow us to check out late as our flight was delayed. 🙏😇 PROS: There is a convenient store within the vicinity plus the affordable home cooked meals just walking distance from the condominium. Very good internet connection, perfect for remote workers, Netflix is a plus. There's bidet and water heater. The balcony was awesome! The AC was super cold! They have complete cookware (this is superb as we are a cooking couple) Will definitely book here again as it's just 5kms from the airport.✈

CONS: The fridge though needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The location makes the grabcars/taxi drivers confused as there are 2 Saekyung in different locations. Make sure to tell the driver that you're going to Saekyung 956 along Caltex Road in Lo-oc (as there's one also in Marigondon)
