We stayed for almost a week and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Ayala and SM malls, making shopping and dining very accessible. There's also a convenience store right in the building for any essentials you might need. We enjoyed the pool on the 1st floor, which costs 100 pesos per person and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The hotel desk staff were very helpful, especially when they assisted us in booking a shuttle van to the airport. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The showerhead wasn’t functioning properly, the frying pan wasn’t compatible with the induction stove, and the TV remote needed a battery replacement.

The location (shopping mall nearby) and the building; Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk; Good quality wi-fi.

The bathroom has several plumbing problems, with the floor always flooded. The kitchen cupboards were damaged. There is too much lighting (no table lamp). There's no curtain to block out the sunlight in the morning.
