the only thing I liked was the sea view.

Tbh I didn't enjoy my stay there 😞. Firstly the staff was responsive before checking in and the staff who saw my texts did not reply to the question I asked. The house had a bad smell upon entering, the bathrooms were dirty as well. The bathroom's condition literally disappointed all of us. I don't think this is the right way to host your guests. My family and I literally planned to check out but it was already too late and we paid rm 400 so it's a waste of money for us. I'm not sure when was the last time they cleaned the place & changed the sheets. One of my family members had rashes and couldn't sleep the entire stay. We checked out much earlier as we hated the stay there. I hope the host will consider all these complaints and improvise. Penang is a tourist attraction and hosting us in a cozy place will definitely allow us to unwind and rest before planning for the next day. Also I wanted to send this personally to the admin but I'm afraid that this text will be left unnoticed.
