Beautiful estate, the room just as shown on the pictures, easy access

Sheila, the caretaker, was very pleasant and patiently waited for our arrival at the lobby. We came late for our check-in due to a delay in our flight to Manila. The property owner Cecilia promptly replied to all my SMS leading up to this. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed including the power adapter for our electrical devices. Our overnight stay was quick, so we missed out on seeing the nearby establishments and use of the pool downstairs. The unit is central to many places and the airport, and well priced for its provisions and location.

It would be a plus if there were single-serve sachets for hot beverages (coffee and tea) provided. The unit we paid for (unit 7i) was different from where we stayed (unit 9D) but appeared similar in size and provisions. Although we wouldn't have known the difference, if any, in comfort, it would have been helpful if this was communicated to us beforehand.

Everything except the check in experience.

After traveling 24 hours I could only check in with one hour delay, because the advertised 24 hour front desk doesn't exist and the properties phone number wasn't working. The guard didn't let me enter and refused to contact the host. I informed the host in advance about my flight number and arrived punctually, but nobody was there to let me in. I had no internet access as I just arrived in the Philippines and could only message the host after the nearby Savoy hotel allowed me to use their WiFi.

5 minute drive to terminal 3 NAIA

I can’t find any fault except for the fact that I couldn’t watch live tv

Location was good, Plenty of food options close by

Watch out for rogue taxi operators at airport.

The person in charge was very helpfull and accomodating. The location also was very convinient. Lots of shop in the surroundings and just in front of the airport.

None that I can think off....

it’s a cozy studio flat, just suitable for the 3 of us (me, my mom and my daughter) for 1 night stay. The flat is clean and presentable. It’s in a good location. The location is near to restaurants and grocery store. The staff and guards are polite, very helpful and accommodating. The host answers and communicates the messages timely.
