"the owner trap me and refused to refund the deposit!"

The pool view was nice

The owner uses the booking.com platform to get customers and contact customers for free "upgrade"with deals so customers no need to rate the stay in booking.com as booking will be "cancelled" by owner from system. owner also collect deposit with that should be returned once check out but ended up informing deposit will be deducted if house left in dirty conditions.owner contact customers and inform house was dirty EVEN ITS NOT,when I ask proof which part is dirty owner keep silent and not returning my deposit rm100,I have proof as picture and video of the house conditions when I left the house.owner even accuse me stealing remote holder from the house!.below I attache the house conditions when I'm leaving which was not even dirty but owner claimed it is dirty!
