1. Unable to enjoy the beautiful view as the balcony is very dirty. The railings are covered with bird droppings, and pigeons are flying around the air-cond ledge area, which is quite disgusting. 2. Ceiling fan very noisy 3. all airconds in the property are dirty 4. sofa was not usable as it was quite dirty and the springs were damaged 5. Guedt only can use swimming pool n sauna. Didn't try sauna. The swimming pool is in a very poor condition. The water is yellow, cloudy, and extremely dirty，it looks more like a pond than a swimming pool. 6 The ironing board is not stable, and the iron has exposed wires, which is a safety hazard and has not been repaired.
MYMYThe place is very strategic, Hungry? Nasi Kandar that is open 24hr is just right across the street. In need of some grocery run? There's econsave within walking distance. Now our family likes a strategic place like this because it means we don't have to go in or out of our staycation and just enjoy our stay fully. My kids love the pool, especially the slide available on the child pool section. I've lost count how many times he had slid down that slide I know he has such a blast. Also the view is great you can see Penang port and some parts of the ocean albeit a little far away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Admittedly some of the furniture is a bit old or at least they felt old but it's fine enough and for us doesn't effect our stay as much.
