This is my 2nd time. KDC is my choice of place when traveling with a big group. Spacious with 3 bedroom, with 3 clean toilet and bath and hot shower. With clean sheets and towels, too. It's easy to find and very accessible. It's quiet and feels safe at night.

We love the place or unit. Its a home away from home. Safe place & accomodating staffs & owner. So comfy. Its a great place to stay for vacay😍. Highly recommended. We will be back nxt time in KDC. Thanks much🥰

Nothing to dislike coz we really feel at home though cignal is poor inside but its ok you can go outside😊.

The staff was very helpful and the overall size was great for us. Plenty of room and we had 7. I think you could sleep 12+ there easy. Great location in relation to SM mall. About a two minute walk.

First the previous nights guests didn't want to leave 40 minutes after they were supposed to be out. Claimed their car hadn't arrived. Not my problem, get out. So they stay outside the door for over two hours. Second, this place is at the end of the runway. You will hear the planes. Lucky it's not a real busy airport. Could use AC downstairs. Bedroom is great but hot as hell on first floor. Wifi pretty poor speed and really only works on first floor.
