Casa Erelle -1 Bedroom guest house w/ modern kubo

we like where it is located even though we dont open the ac the area is cold and airy

we dont like the constructions beside the property. early in the morning we hear people excavating or doing construction, we were also not notified that there is a construction going on

The property was very clean. Checkin time is 2pm and I requested for 1pm checkin but was advised that they need to clean as they have occupants before me - reasonable enough that they really took time to clean the house even at the corners of the house. Cookware and utensils are complete. The sofa area is very cozy and homey! Netfilx is a plus!

Some minor observations, the extension cord where the TV is plugged in is sensitive that when you try to plug something beside it, it will disconnect. This is not something I didnt like but just a feedback - the towel was very nice and soft but i think it was more for babies. Wiping my self with the towel did not really dry me.

Privacy.. Wifi access Can use kitchen

No good air ventilation ...kitchen windows are against the walls. Also Need to improve Bathroom ventilation.. A big construction work outside close to the kubo. Cats not feed by owner. Always.begging food on front door Cats sleeping on top of my shoes ..hair all over the place . outside hallway not cleaned for my 7 days stay.. No bedroom view..it is a wall!!!

It's very homey, perfect location, malapit sa lahat pero tahimik ang neighborhood. Very clean din.
