The premise was too old.very dusty ...kitchen was dirty... furniture was too old especially the sofa.Some maintenance was not updated like the main door was not safe at all.bath room lock was broken..shower hang was broken..Sime 3 pins plugs were not working.. broken plastic glass still serves. The dining hall remote fan was hiding by the owner at making the dining hall always warm and hot .. Bad room 3 has so many holes and makes the room so noisy especially at night with the air-conditioning compressor sound.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and did not reflect what was advertised online. The online description and photos are very deceiving. The property is nowhere near the beach shown in the listing, and not all rooms have a sea view as advertised. We were also confused by the photos showing water slides, as there was nothing remotely like this anywhere near the property. The listing gives a very false impression of the location and facilities. There is nothing nearby this hotel not even a local shop. Everything is 20 mins walk minimum. From the moment we arrived, basic standards were not met. No toilet paper was provided at all, despite this being a two-bathroom apartment, which is unacceptable for any short-term accommodation. One of the three bedrooms (the room beside the kitchen) was completely unusable for the entire stay due to severe maintenance issues. An opening from a shaft allowed constant rainfall and insects into the room, and the bed, walls, and ceiling were covered in lizards and bugs. This meant one guest had nowhere to sleep and had to book alternative accommodation at additional cost. There were also ongoing construction and maintenance problems that significantly affected our stay. Loud drilling began every morning from 8am, making rest impossible and forcing us to leave the apartment early just to escape the noise. On top of this, two of the lifts were out of service, which was extremely inconvenient given the apartment is on the 15th floor. We were even contacted during our stay and asked to allow maintenance staff into the apartment, which would have caused further disruption. We paid for a comfortable 3-bedroom apartment with a sea view, expecting to enjoy time there. Instead, due to noise, maintenance issues, and an unusable bedroom, we spent more time outside the apartment avoiding problems than actually staying in it.
