"It’s not worth the risk"

The host refused access since I didn’t want to transfer RM150 to her personal bank account (red flag) allegedly as security deposit, and share my IC no (another red flag) via Whatsapp. This is after I paid and received confirmation email from booking.com.

Violation of platform rules on payment to host’s personal bank account after booking confirmation and PDPA. Imagine what would happen if the scammers have your personal data, including bank account for refund later.

Tempat Cantik, Kalau Dpt Yg Facing Laut Lagi Best. Nak Makan Mudah, Turun Bawah & Facing The Road Pun Byk Kedai2 Makan. Tuan Rumah Sgt2 Baik, Ramah & Membantu. Highly Recommend

"It was a good place to stay for a short vacation."

No breakfast was provided during my stay but there were so many places to eat nearby. The monsoon season has started so most of the days it rained. Anyway we liked it.

The cleaner/housekeeping unintentionally forgot to clean the house/room. So when we arrived, the house/room was not as we expected and had to wait for 30 minutes (or thereabout) for them to clean the place.
