Value was OK for the money. Its self check in and communication was quite well via the booking.com messages. Rooms were quite big. Beds comfort was totally fine for short time. It's not too far from beach but the busier part is a 10 min walk.

Some ants where running around. The bathrooms were a bit worn down. The communicated wifi password didn't work but the correct one was written down in the flat. I didn't like that drinking water was charged in the room.
