Quiet location/place as I stayed during the weekdays. May not suit some people, but it was fine with me as I am traveling for work. The host was very helpful, the unit was neat and clean, and the maintenance people turned up quickly upon request.

It will be best if there are double-panel curtains - white curtains for sliding doors. During the day, the guest can use the white curtain to protect their privacy.
