Location and size of the property is ok. Cleanest area is living room. Owner is prompt to response.

Toilet/Bathroom not clean. Towels have stains. We were lucky to have brought own towels. Bed covers and blanket don't feel clean too, feels like it is changed or washed after few customers.

Overall is okay

Our stay was comfortable and safe. The unit was very clean and well stocked with some basic provisions.

We , as customers, we need to pay for the cleaning fee, but when we entered the house, the floor was sticky, the toilet was wet, the toilet floor mats were wet and watering, the mattress bed sheets and pillow cases were stained (it seems like the bed sheets and pillow case were not change for long time), very disappointed and bad experience we had😡😡😡 I chose this apartment because it have high rating in booking, I think I can't reliance on these ratings anymore 😡😡😡

it’s in a convenient location, close to IOI RIO, walking distance to Jaya Grocer, MCD, KFC, Starbucks, etc

cleanliness was below expectations, with several areas that needed better attention, made the stay less comfortable, which significantly impacted the overall experience

The room is clean and tidy. Two parking lot provided and host is very helpful with the visitor parking. They provided snacks and drink (with charges) but the price is affordable. So you can munch on the snacks and drinks without needing to head out in middle on the night.

I like the room and facilities.

The owner not inform how to wear at pool and we don't do anything but the owner request 'his iron-board broken, send to me 60 rm right now' like this send from whatsapp to me. So the owner need to honest. Grab location are very far away from the apartment gate. Need to repair basin at the kitchen.

I’m abit OCD so they need to do a very thorough cleaning for this unit. Overall it’s still within acceptable range.
