Good location away from the busy centre but close enough to experience it all with a short walk. Rooftop pool was great.

It is in a great location, it is a nice building, although due to the holidays there was loud music all around. So if you are the party type this will work great.

Host provided the absolute basic, when I inquired for items such as a beach umbrella, which is customary in many rentals in Playa del Carmen, she directed me to paid beach clubs. The stove is rusty and so are the pans provided- these are inexpensive items that should be replaced. One chair was broken, so I fell down when I sat on it. We went to beach clubs every day, which run between $65 with credit toward food or $15 for chairs only. We were hoping to do one day on our own, but it didn't work out. I think I will pay more attention to these details considering the amount of properties on offer in Playa.

close to the 5th avenue and close to the beach. super clean room and comfortable bed. rooftop pool is amazing. easy to talk to staff and organise. so friendly.

Location was perfect for me, 1.5 blocks to Blue Life, the cave diving shop I use and 1.5 blocks to Avenida Quinta. Super comfortable bed, big modern bathroom, and everything was very clean. I will definitely return to Bahay.

No complaints

The apartments has plumbing and basic hygiene issues.. at first they gave us a room that had a foul smell coming from the bathroom. After speaking to the owners, they proposed to move us to another room. The other room did not have same issue as the first, however we discovered late at night that the toilet flush is broken!! Very bad experience, led us to cancel the rest of our stay with the help of booking team.
