Facing the beach/sea, quiet.

Ants noted at sofa and kitchen area. May require to do some pest control frequently. Overall, the house is very clean.

Good facilities which near with beach and having pool and entertainment area. Home complete with facilities as kictchen, washing machine and internet.

Car park at level 3 which required round many time to arrive the car park. Quite far from bandar kuanta.
