I was very disappointed when I stayed at this unit because the owner was not responsible. At first, when I checked in, I had already informed the owner that the air conditioner was not cold, but the owner thought I had set it wrong. The owner has given some instructions to do that which has wasted my time. When I told the owner to come to the unit, the owner informed that he was outside the area. At the end, maintenance came to double check the aircond problem, the compressor was broken! In addition, the air conditioner remote also has a very low battery so it is quite difficult to set the temperature, and I have informed the owner. the owner just gave an excuse, not sure because the guest who checked in before did not inform anything. Is it the guest's responsibility to check the battery life? The owner informs that since the day is late, so maintenance can repair the compressor the next day only. unfortunately the next day I did not receive any message or call from the owner about when and what time the maintenance would come. Until I whatsapp the owner to ask about the status? The owner told me that maintenance should contact me, not the owner. Is this the most correct answer? simply give the guest's tel number to maintenance without knowledge. No direct apology from the owner! That night my son slept in the heat so I had to decide to check in at another place and inform the owner if I could checkout a little late at 4pm because I had to leave my maid in that unit. The distance from where I checked in at another unit was quite far and it took time for my maid to pick me up again. The owner has no discretion and he is willing to refund for 1 night. but unfortunately I only received the refund the next day because the owner cannot refund immediately due to the reason that the staff will start work tomorrow. In this situation, do you still need staff to make refunds? Can't the owner take faster steps?
