Dirty room Cockroach around inside of the unit , big small all have. Toilet also not clean, seems like long lost no people stay

I asked the direction how to get the room keys around noon but the host replied around nite time n have to wait few hours to checked in coz i arrived there around 0400pm but luckily at that time i have some work to be done..it would be much better if the host can reply as soon as possible n it will be much appreciated...
