"Good location but thumbs down for unit as disappointing in terms of cleanliness and poor maintenance"

Location was convenient, near to town centre and plenty of shops around

Unit A-08-01 was not well maintained, rather disappointing as things are not in good working order and cleanliness needs much improvement. Both bathroom sinks were clogged, ceiling has huge cobwebs, towel rail in downstairs bathroom broken, kitchen tap not properly installed causing water spurts when turned on (free shower if you're not careful !!!). Sofa and cushions badly stained, need to think twice before sitting down. Glass top of dining table came loose from fitting, we were worried if the glass top will slide off accidentally !!! Air conditioning units in both bedrooms need servicing as air is not cool, only air conditioning unit in sitting area is functioning well.
