WiFi service should be better

Location was good , not too far from the city center , yet more quiet. This place is big and has plenty of beds so if you are a big group it’s a good solution . The terrasse area was very nice and well equipped. The owner is very friendly.

I saw a cockroach the first day and I was not comfortable from that moment, there were ants , spiders ,… maybe it’s normal , but I was stressed while sleeping. Also the shower didn’t have much warm water, water went everywhere in the bathroom so it became quite messy with the group as it never really dries and it always feels dirty.

- Its walking distance to the party street. However I suggest to ride a tricycle since its uphill -Its near the pick up point for island hopping tours - The owner is very hands on and super responsive. When we had a problem with the scheduled tour, she gave us an alternative one. - The water pressure in the CR is good - The water from the faucet is clear - they provided an emergency lights in cases of black outs - its more than enough space for 9 persons. We were able to walk around the room even if our luggages were open in the floor. Thats how big it is. - the kitchen is nice, its basic enough kitchen for simple cooking - the aircon are quiet and can cool the whole room. There are no aircon in the living room but we find it that opening the door To one of the rooms can cool the whole living room.

Its in an island in the Philippines. So its expected that there would be black outs. However the fan in the big room has no air. Haha. Although its ok since when we were staying the weather was cold so we didn’t really notice it until we were leaving in the afternoon. And since we were already leaving, we didnt bother to report it to the owner. The curtains in the room were kinda transparent so they can see through the window at night if the lights are on. We just placed a blanket above it and problem Solved. Haha
