Great location in the heart of the city centre! Check-in information provided is clear; 100 ringgit cash as security deposit was returned immediately upon check-out.

Common toilet has a urine smell; no hooks in common toilet - only “hook” is a door stopper and too high; toilet basin is small and no space to put toiletries; inside shower stall also no space to put toiletries. Can provide tissue/kitchen towels. Very few hangers provided. When asked from the staff, only provided 2 extra hangers.

The location is very near to the Old Town sights, which make it easy to visit. There are numerous eateries around too. It is also located near to the various famous chinese pastries shops which coincidentally was what my father wants to buy from. So location was very good. The facilities were as described, and they were in working order. Taking over the keys was very smooth with the help from the nice lady in the mini mart. Appreciate for making the stay pleasant.

The condo amenities location could have been specified in the wifi instructions in the house. I managed to ask a local resident before knowing the swimming pool was located at Level 7 and a sky park at Level 21 for the night view.
